APPLICATION FEE $20 per applicant, required
SECURITY DEPOSIT $250 per unit, required

MONTHLY FEES

AMENITY FEE $23 per unit/month, required
PEST CONTROL $1 per unit/month, required
VALET TRASH $21 per unit/month, required
BULK TRASH Billed back by the property per unit, required
UTILITIES, CABLE, TELEPHONE Residents responsibility, required
RENTERS INSURANCE $100,000 minimum liability, required

PET DEPOSIT $150-300 per pet/one-time (2 pets max), optional
PET RENT $35 per pet/month (2 pet max), optional
STORAGE $75-150 per rentable item/month, optional
PARKING $85-160 per vehicle/month, optional

SITUATIONAL FEES
